Employee Reviews

Employee reviews are used to examine the effectiveness of employees and to ensure performance is consistent with basic principles, practices and specifications of service. The review is an important tool in the overall performance management process and in the development of the employee’s professional skills.

Formal Reviews are done semi-annually. Formal facility inspections are completed each monthly (or as required), Work performance is documented and reviewed with the employee. These inspections are then used in the employees’ semi-annual review. Communication about performance, development goals and standards take place regularly. The supervisor’s role in training the employee to achieve successful performance is key.
